Sabre Airline UniversitySabre® Airline University has added new training and certification courses to enhance your knowledge of the solutions you use. Check what is in store for you on the Sabre® Community Portal, including the following:

New Airline Certification Test: The College of Customer Sales & Service is proud to announce the new Airport Certification Test. Based on SabreSonic® Check-in, the certification is designed to validate your knowledge acquired during training and practice of our check-in functionality using questions and interactive scenarios. Access to the testing site can be requested from the college’s “Certifications” page on the Community Portal.

Technical writers in customer care operations have started the year off running, completing several projects, including:

  • Sabre® AirCentre™ Staff Admin solution Web services documentation has been completed and posted.
  • The Sabre® AirVision™ Fares Manager solution training guide has been updated for Midwest Airlines.
  • Frequently Asked Questions have been added to eKnowledge for Sabre® AirVision™ Network.

In addition, we’re making progress on the Sabre® AirVision™ Network Analyzer training guide, supplementing the comprehensive online help that was delivered in December.

Our technical writers have all established milestones with their solutions teams and are well positioned for big strides in production and content improvement this year. We look forward to giving you additional access to updated documentation throughout the year, and we’ll keep you posted on our progress.
